Join us on Sunday, April 6th, at 11:00 a.m. for this Fifth Sunday of Lent, also known as Passion Sunday. This marks the beginning of Passiontide and is a time for deeper reflection on Jesus’s coming, suffering, and death.
Rev. Thomas Quickel leads our worship service with his message of the Bible story in which Mary anoints Jesus’ feet with perfume, which powerfully shows love in action. Mary recognized God’s true value and responded to a loving God with loving worship. By looking at Mary’s example of devotion to Jesus, we can find the inspiration we need to fully receive and give love in our own relationships with God.
On this day, we will celebrate Holy Communion. Ours is not a Presbyterian table; for it is the Lord’s table, and all are welcome here.
