“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths. Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn away from evil.” (Prov 3:5-7)
A reminder of the power of trust, humility, and reliance on God’s wisdom rather than our own. Trusting in the Lord with all our heart means surrendering every worry, plan, and decision to Him—even when the path ahead feels unclear.
Our own understanding is limited, but God sees the full picture. When we acknowledge Him in every choice, we align our steps with His wisdom, and He promises to make our path straight.
Humility is key: when we resist the urge to lean on our own wisdom and instead walk in reverence toward God, He keeps us safe from deception and guides us toward what is good.
Join us on Sunday, September 21st, at 11:00 a.m., as Tracy Fletcher leads our worship service with her message, “Trust and Obey.”
