Welcome to Lebanon Presbyterian Church in Lebanon, Virginia!

In our worship at Lebanon Presbyterian Church, we still proclaim the foundation of our faith that Christ died, Christ has risen and we await the return of Christ for those Believers. We unite to worship God and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with each other, as well as our community. We call on the Holy Spirit, as we support each other in prayer and spiritual growth. We worship, study, and fellowship with joy, forgiveness, and faithfulness as we seek to live out our love of God and our neighbor. Please come and join us!

Once There Was No Church

Before there were steeples, before denominations, before buildings or bulletins, there was no church. No gathering to attend. No institution to join. And yet, God was already at work, shaping a people. No clergy. No congregation. Just a relationship.
There was no church yet, but there was a promise. “I will be your God, and you will be my people. That promise didn’t end there. It kept unfolding, drawing people together, forming a community, calling us not just to believe, but to belong.
This Sunday, we gather at Lebanon Presbyterian Church at 11:00am as Rev. Thomas Quickel leads our worship with his message, “Once There was No Church.” Come worship with us as we remember the promise, live into the relationship, and discover what it means to be God’s people together. All are welcome here.
