In our worship at Lebanon Presbyterian Church, we still proclaim the foundation of our faith that Christ died, Christ has risen and we await the return of Christ for those Believers. We unite to worship God and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with each other, as well as our community. We call on the Holy Spirit, as we support each other in prayer and spiritual growth. We worship, study, and fellowship with joy, forgiveness, and faithfulness as we seek to live out our love of God and our neighbor. Please come and join us!

Lighting a candle is a simple yet profound act. It is a testimony to the power of light over darkness.

We began our journey toward Christmas four weeks ago, lighting the candles of Advent each week. Jesus Christ is the true reason for hope, peace, joy, and love this season and forever.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world but to save the world through him.

The Christ candle lighting on Christmas Eve celebrates the end of Advent and the arrival of Christ and Christmas. Let us remember how our Savior came to us, “one night on earth” as a lowly baby, that the world through him might be saved, and how he will return one day in glory.
